Open My Profile → Payment & Plan and choose Restore Purchases if Premium is missing after reinstalling or changing devices. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Apple's subscription settings.

A valid invitation gives an eligible new account 14 complimentary Premium days. The inviter receives 14 days after the invited friend completes their first guided cook. If you already subscribe through Apple, earned days are saved for later and do not change your Apple billing date. For help with an unavailable invitation, email support with the account email addresses involved; do not send the private invitation link publicly.

Microphone, speech recognition, photo, and notification access can be changed in iOS Settings → Hello Chef. Voice input and spoken responses remain optional; recipe creation and guided cooking can still be used with on-screen controls.

Change your default units under My Profile → Preferences → Measurements. Recipe amounts continue to scale with servings, and grocery lists combine matching ingredients automatically. If two items should have combined but did not, send support the recipe names and the item labels you saw.

Public recipes can receive hearts and comments. Use the recipe or profile menu to report content, block a chef, or remove your own comment. Include the public chef handle or recipe link when contacting support about a moderation issue.

In the app, open My Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address associated with the account. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel it separately in Apple's subscription settings.

AI-generated recipes may be inaccurate. Always review ingredients, allergens, food temperatures, and appliance instructions before cooking. If you find an unsafe result, stop using it and send the recipe details to support.
