- 3 garlics, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp avocado oils
- 2 tsp honeies

Make it
Instructions
- 01
Cook the rice
Rinse the rice under cold water, then add it to a saucepan with the water. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover, reduce to low, and cook until tender. Remove from the heat and keep covered while you make the stir-fry.
- 02
Season the beef and mix the sauce
Place the beef in a bowl and toss with cornstarch until lightly coated. In a separate small bowl, stir together tamari, rice vinegar, honey, and water until the honey dissolves.
- 03
Sear the beef
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef in a single layer and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Transfer it to a clean plate.
- 04
Stir-fry the vegetables and aromatics
Add the remaining oil to the skillet. Add broccoli and bell pepper; stir-fry until bright and crisp-tender. Add garlic and ginger and stir constantly just until fragrant.
- 05
Finish and serve
Return the cooked beef and any accumulated juices to the skillet. Pour in the tamari sauce and toss until it bubbles, thickens, and evenly coats the beef and vegetables. Divide the rice among four bowls and top with the stir-fry. Sprinkle with green onion, if using.
