- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 garlics, minced
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 6 cup chicken broths
- 2 cup carrots, thinly sliced (optional)
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cup cooked chickens, shredded or chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juices
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Soften the aromatics
Warm 1 tbsp olive oil in a soup pot over medium heat. Add 1 item yellow onion, diced and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened. Stir in 2 items garlics, minced and 1 tsp italian seasoning; cook just until fragrant.

Simmer the broth
Pour in 6 cup chicken broth and add 2 cup carrot, thinly sliced (optional) if using. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a steady simmer until the vegetables are tender.

Cook the noodles and warm the chicken
Add 8 oz egg noodle and cook at a gentle simmer until tender. Stir in 2 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped and heat until warmed through.

Brighten and serve
Remove the pot from the heat. Stir in 2 tbsp lemon juice, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp black pepper, freshly ground. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, then serve hot.
